Monthly Attendance Calculator – Track Semester Attendance
Monitor your attendance month by month, spot attendance dips early in the academic calendar, and forecast your end-of-semester eligibility before final exams approach.
Monthly Attendance Tracker & Planner
Track your lecture or working day logs across each month of the academic semester. The tracker dynamically aggregates your cumulative standing and flags months with attendance deficits.
Your cumulative attendance across all recorded months stands at 76.19%. You are currently meeting your target.
Why Monthly Attendance Tracking Protects Your CGPA
Most college students only check their attendance portal 2 to 3 weeks before semester exams, when the college releases the provisional debarment list. By that time, there are often not enough classes remaining in the semester to mathematically recover from a shortage.
Spot a low month right after festive breaks or illness while you still have 60+ classes to balance it out.
Know exactly how many days you can afford to take off for family functions, festivals, or hackathons without dipping below 75%.
Monthly tracking lets you verify your professor's attendance log against your own notes while memories and dates are fresh.
Monthly Attendance FAQs
Common questions regarding monthly logs and cumulative semester math.
Q1.Can I calculate attendance month by month?
Yes! Use our Monthly Attendance Tracker above. Enter your classes attended and total conducted for each individual month (e.g. August, September, October). The tracker automatically computes both the monthly individual percentage and the cumulative semester aggregate.
Q2.Does having one bad month automatically detain me?
Not necessarily. Semester eligibility in Indian colleges is based on your cumulative aggregate percentage across the entire semester, not a single month. A strong following month with zero absences can pull your overall attendance above 75%.
Q3.How do holidays and festivals affect monthly attendance?
Official university holidays, gazetted festival breaks, and declared campus closures are not counted as 'conducted classes.' Only classes where instruction was actually scheduled and conducted count toward your total denominator.
Q4.What is the difference between monthly percentage and cumulative percentage?
Monthly percentage is (Month Attended ÷ Month Total) × 100. Cumulative percentage is (Sum of All Attended ÷ Sum of All Conducted) × 100. Only the cumulative percentage determines your exam hall ticket eligibility.
